Here’s what we can do to get you up and running in 4 days!
- Day 1 -Bring all your information together in a folder and spreadsheets, ready to upload. We need you to provide access to Company Information/Logos, Customers, Suppliers, General Ledger Accounts, Materials/Products. This is usually at your business office (on-site) and requires you to point us to where your current information sits.
- Day 2 – Validate the data and re-organise it ready to import into Xero. This is done offsite at WhiteRata and you may be required to answer questions that arise
- Day 3 – Upload your information into Xero. This is done off-site at WhiteRata.
- Day 4 – Train you and your team on the basic’s enter a sales invoice, a purchase (bill), reconcile the bank account, run a GST report, orientation around the dashboard. This work is carried out on-site.
